88Sears.com is the Sears Human Resources department website. At 88sears you will find that the website is divided into many user-friendly sections, and one of my favorite is Benefits, which is also divided into Health Care, Financial Aid and Others. As you can see, the design is sleek and very well done. In the first part of this division you can find the summary of the benefits, forms and newsletter, and the latter will keep you up to date about what is going on in this department.

Health, Compensation and Network

In the Health section you will find a link to enroll/change your health account, health care plan, dental and life insurance sections, flexible spending, long term disability, prescription drug program, wellness program, and the health-care reform section. There is also a Compensation section, where you will find information about the compensation plan, W-2 forms, payroll data and much more interesting financial information. There are some sections that can only be seen by Sears employees such as the Network section for instance.

Training, Performance and Retention

In the Performance and Retention section you will find the retention roundtable, a section for surveys, guides, performance-review section and others. As you can see, there are lots of benefits for Sears and Kmart employees, and there is even more for you at www.88Sears. The Training section includes Sears Holdings University, Sears and Kmart retail trainings, online performance training, compliance training, support center training, home services training, and a training tracker, among others.

Talent Acquisition and Policies, Procedures and Forms

The Talent Acquisition section includes an internal talent gateway, a referral program, a section to search job postings, and there is a wealth of information for new employees in this section, which includes drug free policies, orientation section, along with I-9 forms information and employment forms. Another useful section is Policies, Procedures and Forms, and here you will find the code of conduct, the policies and procedures of the corporation, and some forms for associates.

My Personal Information and My Total Rewards

One of the most useful sections you can find at 88 Sears website is at the top-left of the page, and it is My Personal Information section, where you can check out paycheck-related information, update your address, change direct deposit or W-4 data, and so on. There is another really useful section – My Total Rewards. In this section you can see what will you get when you are an employee of Sears or Kmart.

Each one of these sections is designed to offer a lot of information to the employees of Sears and Kmart, which will be really great for the overall performance of these corporations as a whole, and the benefits are huge in this website.
